12 WEEK PROGRAM

About 

This is a program designed specifically to bring awareness to the key markers in your life that need to be altered in order to maximise your potential to reach peak performance states consistently. We begin with a 90min Zoom Consultation insuring that you are a good fit for the program and that you understand the accountability required to undertake this next step in your journey. Following this, you will undergo a three day Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment. This will give you concrete analysis & feedback on your current wellbeing and your ability to mange stress & recover. From here you will have a follow up consultation, where you will be walked through your results in detail and given your devised action plan for the remaining nine weeks of training. This will consist of continuous Heart Rate Variability Training in union with weekly One to One Mind Coaching Sessions.

Once you have completed your FirstBeat Lifestyle Assessment, you will be supplied with the most advanced wearable technology & App which improves your Heart Rate Variability, a scientifically-proven biomarker of stress. It helps you to build awareness of your triggers and intervene in the moments when you need it most. This is a discreet wearable that will give you live feedback to your current physiological state and help you train the body back into a state of homeostasis while bringing awareness to the root causes of your daily stressors.

We have partnered with Muse to "bring calm to your mind". Now you can gain insight & clarity into the performance of your mind from the comfort of your own home. The wearable tech we use consists of a comfortable non-evasive headband which measures your brainwave activity. Learn to bring calm to your mind with real live in the moment feedback. As you begin to feel your brainwaves in operation you learn to move yourself into a more coherent state where you can access the power of your subconscious mind. These states have been proven to reduce stress & anxiety, while increasing cognitive performance over time.
